Undergraduate Research & Instruction Librarian

Millersville University of Pennsylvania invites an enthusiastic, innovative, and collaborative team member to apply for a full-time, tenure-track, nine-month faculty position to begin August 2014. The new Undergraduate Research & Instruction Librarian will support undergraduate student research, success, and retention at Millersville through collaboration with campus partners, programs, and communities of practice and by providing information literacy instruction to general education courses. The Francine G. McNairy Library and Learning Forum recently underwent a $25 million dollar renovation and now features a digital media studio, writing center annex, flexible library classrooms, faculty collaboratory, and café. Strong candidates will be committed to student learning and teaching, demonstrate professional initiative, excellent analytical skills, and experience with academic library services.
