BIOLOGY AND BIOCHEMISTRY LIBRARIAN - UNIVERSITY OF HOUSTON LIBRARIES

Responsibilities: The University of Houston Libraries is seeking an innovative Liaison Librarian to the department of Biology and Biochemistry.  In addition to responsibilities for instruction, collection development, and outreach, the Biology and Biochemistry Librarian will be encouraged to develop new services to support faculty and graduate student research.     

Salary: $52,000 – $55,000 expected hiring range, depending on qualifications.

ENGLISH LIBRARIAN - UNIVERSITY OF HOUSTON LIBRARIES
Responsibilities: The University of Houston Libraries seeks a dynamic candidate for the position of English Librarian.  The English Librarian will be responsible for collection development, instruction, outreach, and research support for the Department of English, which offers both undergraduate and graduate degree programs, including a nationally recognized Creative Writing Program, and encompasses a wide variety of faculty research areas. 
Salary: $50,000 – $53,000 expected hiring range, depending on qualifications.
Library Information:  The UH Libraries are a member of the Association of Research Libraries, the Greater Western Library Alliance, the Hathi Trust, the Council on Library and Information Resources, the Digital Library Federation, and the Texas Digital Library.
