Head, Materials Management, Librarian IV


ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY PUBLIC LIBRARY invites applications for the position of Head, Materials Management, Librarian IV. Salary range:  From $52,185 - $75,577 (plus longevity pay at 7, 11, and 16 Years)
Fulltime salary range is based on 37.5 hours/week.  Excellent benefits package includes eligibility to earn up to 4 weeks of annual leave, starting with first year of employment.

Responsibilities include:  Collection management and development, and technical services including supervising and participating in the selection of materials, and oversight of the cataloguing and processing department. More detailed information, including job description, is accessible at http://www.aacpl.net/employment_opportunities.htm.

Minimum Qualifications:  Possession of a Master's Degree in Library Science from an American Library Association-accredited program, and considerable professional experience in the selection of materials for a large public library system.
