Reference and Instruction Librarian

The University of Southern California (USC) Libraries seeks a dynamic and forward-thinking information professional to provide reference, instruction, and outreach services in the disciplines of African American Studies, Asian American Studies, U.S. and Canadian history, and American Studies and Ethnicity (#271B). The candidate is expected to be creative in identifying and solving problems. We seek candidates motivated by a passion to develop innovative library services and with a curiosity about the future of librarianship. Requirements: BA in social science or humanities discipline; ALA-accredited MLS typically required; at least 2 years professional experience in a large academic, research or public library.  USC is an EO/AA Employer.
