Summary:

Provide leadership for programs and services of college library and other academic resources; develop innovative educational resources for digital age.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer operations and services of academic resources
  • Plan and advocate for technology and educational resources
  • Ensure access to library services for students and faculty not in Boston
  • Promote intellectual and scholarly life of the College
  • Work with library consortia; serve as voting member of Board of Trustees for Fenway Libraries Online
  • Participate on committees and other programs at the College


Qualifications:

Master of Library Science required, Ph.D. preferred.
Extensive experience working in academic library environment.
Supervisory, budgeting experience.
Expertise in information technology related to library services.
Ability to work collegially with diverse groups.
Strong communication skills.
